Fall Raffle
VCS, Employee Engagement & VA Employee Association are raffling off:
Chefman Sandwhich maker; Salad spinner; Monster Trapper; Gibson home charcoal grill; cooler bag; magnetic screen; 4 patio solar lights; artic air pure chill; drinkmake sparkling beverage maker; pet water fountain; pop up movie theater; bug zapper.

1) Must be a Syracuse VA Employee
If you work at BHOC, Dental, Peer Support, Auburn CBOC, Binghamton CBOC, Massena CBOC, Oswego CBOC, Rome CBOC, Tompkins/Cortland CBOC, Watertown CBOC (both locations) or VWRC employees at these locations are eligible to enter as well as at the main hospital.
2) Must complete and submit Give away entry form

3) Winner will be announced via email used on raffle entry form
It is recommended you use an email that you look at semi often, so you don’t miss the announcement.
4) Winners will have 7 days, including date you receive email, to respond to claim prize
Winner will need to respond to announcement email to claim prize. If prize is not claimed by end of day 10/3/23, a new winner will be picked. Drawing for the prizes will be announced on 9/19/23 and winner must claim in email to katherine.mccormick2@va.gov by 11:59 on 10/3/23.
5) There will be multiple winners drawn:
Since there will be a number of different prizes, there is a separate drawing for each item. Employees that have completed the Raffle Entry form will be entered into each drawing. Each employee can only win one prize from this entry.
