Mt Goat Registration Raffle

Employee Engagement and the VA Employee Association are raffling off

Registration for the Mt Goat on 5/7/23

1) Must be a Syracuse VA Employee

If you work at BHOC, Dental, Peer Support, Auburn CBOC, Binghamton CBOC, Massena CBOC, Oswego CBOC, Rome CBOC, Tompkins/Cortland CBOC, Watertown CBOC (both locations) or VWRC employees at these locations are eligible to enter as well as at the main hospital.

2) Must complete and submit Give away entry form

Give Away Entry form can be found at: www.syracusevaea.com/mt-goat

3) Winner will be announced via email used on raffle entry form

It is recommended you use an email that you look at semi often, so you don’t miss the announcement.

4) Winners will have 4 days, including date you receive email, to respond to claim prize

Winner will need to respond to announcement email to claim prize. If prize is not claimed by end of day 12/30/22, a new winner will be picked. Drawing for the prizes will be announced on 12/27/22 and winner must claim in email to katherine.mccormick2@va.gov by 11:59 on 12/30/22.

5) There will be 1 winner drawn for this prize.
