1) Must be a Syracuse VA Employee

If you work at BHOC, Dental, Peer Support, Auburn CBOC, Binghamton CBOC, Massena CBOC, Oswego CBOC, Rome CBOC, Tompkins/Cortland CBOC, Watertown CBOC (both locations) or VWRC employees at these locations are eligible to enter as well as at the main hospital.

2) Must complete and submit Give away entry form

3) Winner will be announced via email used on give away entry form

It is recommended you use an email that you look at semi often, so you don’t miss the announcement.

4) Winners will have 5 days, including date you receive email, to respond to claim prize

Winner will need to respond to announcement email to claim prize. If prize is not claimed by end of day 12/30/22, a new winner will be picked. Drawing for the prizes will be announced on 1/3/23 and winner must claim in email to katherine.mccormick2@va.gov by 11:59 on 12/30/22.

5) There will be occasional opportunities for employees to get additional entries

These bonus entries are not required by employees. Bonus opportunities are just that a bonus. Some will be sent by email some will be posted on our Facebook Group (Syracuse VAEA). Again these are not required to be able to win prize

6) There will be 3 drawings: 4 Tickets to Water Safari & 2 gift cards for $25 to VCS.

Since there will be 2 separate drawings each employees that has completed the Give Away Entry form will be entered into each drawing. Each employee can only win one prize.
